VQS is having a week off!

Hi Fiends,

We are having a  week off this week so that iZZiE can celebrate recieving her black belt in Japanese kickboxing  - in the pub!
We hope that you don't miss her too much, but you know that you can use the opportunity to listen to one of the archive shows instead- and she will be back next week with some more wickedly exciting songs from some great bands.

Or you can catch her live when she plays with her band alongside Oh My Word! and Repeat After Me on Tuesday (16th) at West street Live, Sheffield UK. It's a free gig, so come on down if you can!.
